Lex Burton, Owner

Lex graduated from UCF with a B.A. in Creative Writing in May 2013. Fascinated by the power of words in an age where oversharing is ubiquitous, she entered digital marketing as a copywriter months after graduation. 

As she built her experience and skillset in Central Florida, Lex came to truly love the Orlando community, appreciating the interconnectivity between organizations and the success of local businesses in such a network. She decided she wanted to replicate that structure online, and founded Elephant Ear in December of 2014. 

Since then, she has taken on clients from a variety of industries, developing and perfecting strategies that address a host of growth and sales goals. She enjoys working with startups and small businesses to help fill the world with quality goods and services.

Lex's office mates are an American Eskimo named Bacchus and a black cat named Bubastis. She enjoys craft beer, Post-It Notes, and podcasts about history.
